Jello/Knox Blox Yumminess

So my friend Donna makes these awesome jello blocks. I had always made regular jello before. Then Donna comes along and introduces me to this very thick, sturdy, awesome jello block. I made them last night so that I could scarf them down today. AWESOMESAUCE. Friggin' love these things. Arianna adores them and gobbled up three blocks at lunch today. I had to cut her off or she'd become an addict like me. *sigh* Here's the recipe:

4 bags of Knox gelitin
3 bags of jello (3 oz size)
4 cups of boiling (hooooot!) water

Stir it all together until there's no powder left. Shove it in the fridge for at least 3-4 hours. Cut it and shove it in a tupperware container for easy access. I know it sounds so silly, but man I love this stuff. It's also gluten free! WIN! It's relatively low calorie and gelatin is good for your nails. I'll take it. I cut ours into pretty big blocks, but you can cut them to whatever size you want. I used a 9X13 pan, but if you want them thicker, you could use a 9X9 pan too. *drool* love these!
